Gymnastics is considered to be the foundation of all sports. It provides the ABCs of physical activity: Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed. Gymnastics is an “all body” sport and an “all mind” sport with both physical and psychological benefits.
At PGC, we believe that a good combination of nutrition and fitness are the key to a happy and healthy child. Adding at least 60 minutes of daily physical activity to a child’s schedule will reduce the risk of obesity and other diseases.
Physical activity also reduces feelings of stress, anxiety and depression in children and adults.
